Bio:
Their first EP called ‘Bombs, Towns and Chords’ was self-released in September 2005, receiving excellent reviews and subsequently securing them a number of tours. In September 2005, From Plan to Progress toured the UK to coincide with the release of Bombs, Towns & Chords. They have since toured the UK and Europe with bands including, Strike Anywhere, Strung Out, H2O, Against All Authority and This Is A Standoff and In September 2009 performed a debut tour in Russia. The band has also shared the stage with The Blackout, Shook Ones, The King Blues, Frank Turner, Riverboat Gamblers and Fake Problems. In December 2007 From Plan to Progress signed with Lime Records, releasing a double single in March 2008. A Look Over and Running For Their Lives Again received great reviews from a selection of internet magazines & review sites – See 'reviews' at the end. Following this they released a further second double single ‘Global Reaction’ & ‘Hope of the Abandoned’ which again received a number of excellent reviews, including single of the month in Subba-Cultcha Magazine. They performed the Great Escape Festival 08 to promote the 12 track LP Evolution In The Wrong Direction. The album, which features the above singles, was released on 15th October 2008 and is available from itunes and all other major music vendors including HMV, Amazon and Tesco. They have since demoed their forthcoming album ‘Aim Low; Achieve’ which they will be recording at Holne Bridge studios early 2010. Following this they are planning to showcase their new album by touring Russia and Europe and a debut tour of Japan. Their new album ‘Ink Stains & Incidents’ recorded at Holne Bridge studios By Peter Miles which was released on Fond Of Life /No Reason Records in June 2010. The album sees the band take on a more mature sound, it has more technical riffs & powerful choruses whilst not losing the bands original late 90's skate punk influences. The album has already secured the band several European record contracts as well as endorsements including Blackstar Amplification and a uk publishing deal with Bomber Music Ltd. Since releasing the album they have extensively toured the UK, Europe & Russia selling out venues with bands including, Strike Anywhere, A Wilhelm Scream, The Flatliners, Strung Out, H2O, Against All Authority and This Is A Standoff. The band has also shared the stage with bands such as The Blackout, Shook Ones, The King Blues, Frank Turner, Riverboat Gamblers, Fake Problems and many more. From plan to progress have recently returned from Italy after making their debut video for the single “ink stains & incidents.

In 2012 they decided to stop playing.
