Broken Aris was probably founded in november 2006 by 4 guys. The band consist of members of INGNIS,CHAOTIC IMPS and ORIGIN Y. Guitarist Magnus Svärd had a talk with Jens Viklander(who appeared for guest vocals) after a gig with ingnis at local rockclub Pipeline. Despite being in to metal both Magnus and Jens Liked PunkRock to. And Magnus really wanted to try his luck with singing. A few days after Jens proposed that Bacon(Robin Andersson)would join up on guitar since he wanted to play guitar in a band. With Magnus Recently Joining the Proggresive Melodic Death Metal act "Chaotic Imps" where Jens took care of the vocal duties there was this sexy drummer... So They asked Antti Silventoinen if he liked to play drums. Another sexy stud from Härnösand Called Samuel Englund(now in "GÄG") joined up on bass for one of the first repetitions but he realised he didn't have the time... so... One thing lead to another, and another lead to a third. So the Line-up ended up being: Magnus Svärd: Vocals/Guitar Jens Viklander: Guitar Robin Andersson: Bass/Vocals Antti Silventoinen: Drums Having Magnus on the guitar allowed for a bit more complicated riffs. And having bacon on Bass allowed for him to concentrate more on sharing vocal duties. And with the line-up being complete, Broken Aris could start their big mission. In June 2007 they recorded their first demo at studio domsaga entitled "Maximum Bleach". Recorded and mixed in 3 days and consisting of 7 (although one incredible short one) songs and one hidden track. Broken Aris plays Skatepunk with an Agressive edge to it.

Now after 4 years and 4 releases with tons of gigs they  are still in great form  and they certainly  don't disappoint. Broken Aris split with Mighty Midgets, Revenge of the Psychotronic Man and Fist of the North Star will be out on June.This release features 4 new Broken Aris songs and it will please every fan of fast punk rock.
